Eyevensys was incepted late 2008. In January 2012 it completed a seed financing of EUR 1.6 million.
As of September 2016, the Company has raised a total of 10 M€ in equity, and has further secured funds from investors and public sources to fully support the Phase I clinical program of its lead product and the development its pipeline of breakthrough therapies in ophthalmology.
